we're two very easy going 26 and 25 year old male students at cambridge college. Our old roommate will be moved out end of March so the room will be empty in that time and you can move in soon! We have a 3BR place with a living room, updated kitchen with dishwasher and an extra, smaller living room. the apartment is new renovated, everything is new in house. We live withing walking distance (10 mins) to Lechmere on the Green Line and 1 minute to the 69 Bus Route which runs right to Lechmere. We live within 5-15 minutes of bars, restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores and a park. Our landlord is a really nice guy who comes by pretty quickly whenever we need anything.
We are looking for a responsible, laid back, clean roommate who will be conscientious of paying rent and bills on time. we have two room available, first one is 700 hundred and we have one bigger also which is 1000 dollars. both rooms are furnitured and nice. the larger room is perfect for couple and also if you want to be roomy with your friend it can be negotiable.
